Check In/Check Out
Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Often we can accommodate early check ins or late check outs, but we need a heads up and only if we don’t have other guests booked.

Pets
We love pets so most of our homes allow pets with a refundable or non-refundable pet deposit or fee. Many outdoor restaurants in Naples are Pet Friendly but please check with the restaurant before bringing them.
Smoking
We don’t allow smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes in the home. If you choose to smoke, please do so outside and make sure that doors and windows are closed. If we detect that there has been smoking within the home, we will need to do a deep cleaning and will pass along the cost to you.
