The exterior of the home includes a large saltwater heated pool, expansive deck with outdoor table, and an outdoor television. Extensive upgrades were added during the renovation. These include: New flooring, fresh paint throughout the home, new decking, smart televisions with cable and streaming services in all bedrooms and both sitting rooms, a Nest front door lock, brand new security system with sensors on all entry ways, a Reme Halo HVAC Air Purifying system, and bluetooth alarm clocks in all bedrooms with wireless charging. Finally, we have furnished the home with four bikes, four beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for all of your beach going needs.

The Golf Cart is not included in the rental price. It is an additional $500 per week plus tax. A liability waiver must be signed prior to receiving golf cart keys.
