Spent a week at Pelican's Perch with family over the holidays. Plenty of space, some of it a bit quirky like the mirrored bi-fold bathroom door. More than enough TVs with easily accessed streaming networks plus provided cable. Very nice pool in the back yard lanai. Location was convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads/freeway and very little noise. Layout of the house is unique so there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax right outside the front door (secluded outdoor patio), dining area (screened patio), and primary bedroom (lanai/pool). Comfortable beds for sleeping, large sectionals for relaxing, but only 4 dining chairs to fit around a pretty small table. Kitchen was spacious with a decent variety of dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots/pans, bakeware and so on, however, not enough of some things so we had to hand wash some items on days we prepared/cooked our own meals.

The house is so cozy and kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Pool and outside areas nice and private. Owner very responsive by email to any issues or questions. We’d definitely rent here again!

It is a very cozy and clean home, minutes from the beach, multiple restaurants and markets. We enjoyed our stay very much and the manager was very nice and easy to communicate with.
